Contest Rules:

* The winner will be selected by a random drawing on March 1st, 2018 and notified by the email provided when signing up for Trainer Jay's newsletter subscription.  The winner must be a current subscriber to Trainer Jay's newsletter at the time of the drawing.

* The winner must respond to the "winner's email" within 48 hours of the sending of the email.  Failure to contact Trainer Jay to claim the program within this 48 hours will result in a complete forfeit of the winnings.  Another random drawing will then take place to select a new winner, who will be subject to the same rules written within these Contest Rules.  This process will continue until a winner claims the prize.

*  The winner must use their Program Design prize within three months of receiving the prize.  This Program Design prize has an expiration date of June 1st, 2018.

*  The Program Design prize must be used by the actual winner as indicated by their name and email address submitted and must be 18 years of age or older.  This prize cannot be transferred to another person, traded for any other service or product, or returned for money or credit.

*  Trainer Jay, LLC reserves all rights to adjust, refuse, or cancel this promotion or prize if deemed necessary for any reason, and entrants and prize winner agree to waive Trainer Jay, LLC of all liability concerning this promotion, prize, program, and outcome thereof.
